Arrival & departure
- Check-in: 3:00 PM

Quiet & respect
- This is a quiet, uncrowded lodge — no party houses, no events that disturb other guests
- Observe quiet hours as posted at the lodge
- Wildlife shares the area — secure food and trash; keep dogs under control
Watercraft
- Currently unavailable until further notice — Lake Granby is low this drought year; water is not to the property line
- When offered again: shared boats are first come, first served, seasonal, and weather-dependent
- Waivers / posted rules may apply before use; life jackets and common-sense safety are required
Pets
- Allowed in most units with fees and weight limits — confirm on the unit page when you book
- Unit 5 is pet-free

Cancellation & payment

- This site does not collect payment; payment is handled when you book by phone or online
