Lake Granby lodging, boats, pets, winter, and how booking works.
Are you on Grand Lake or Lake Granby?
We are on the north shore of Lake Granby. Our mailing address is Grand Lake, CO, and Grand Lake village is a short drive — but we are not “Grand Lake waterfront.”
Do you offer free boats?
Normally yes — in season, guests share a paddleboat, two paddleboards, four kayaks, and two canoes (first come, weather permitting). Currently all lodge watercraft are unavailable until further notice: Lake Granby is a reservoir at a low level this drought year, and water is not to the property line. A marina is nearby for private boats when conditions allow.
Are pets allowed?
Most units are dog-friendly (fees and weight limits apply). Unit 5 is pet-free. Please message or call before booking with pets.
What are check-in and check-out times?
Check-in 3:00 PM · Check-out 10:00 AM.
How does booking work?
This site is a brochure to help you choose a suite. Call 970-627-8448 for availability (primary), or book online at grandlakerentals.net (secondary). For groups or multi-unit stays, call or use the inquiry form.
Is there Wi‑Fi?
Yes — Wi‑Fi and TV are included in every unit.
What about winter access?
When conditions allow, guests can ice fish and snowmobile onto Lake Granby from the property. Confirm road and lake conditions with us before winter travel.
How far is Rocky Mountain National Park?
About six miles to the west side of RMNP.
Where do I buy groceries?
Short drive to Granby or Grand Lake village for groceries, restaurants, and supplies. Units have kitchenettes or full kitchens so you can cook on site.
